Oki B430d spits tray one out on printing

Good mornig,
I have a problem with this machine. Every time I try to print the drawer comes out and the machine stop printing. I tried to replace the drawer without result.

The problem is on paper feed: pick-up roller hurts too much separation roller on the paper tray, but I can't resolve the problem yet

Check the cassette guides (left & right) to see if the hooks that hold the cassette are ok.

Thanks for the replies. The problem was the metal bars that hold the drawer. The printer has been held on an uneven surface, so the bars are bent and pushed the cassette too much. I gently bent bars downwards, and now the drawer is no longer out. I hope to have solved
