[Error Code] Samsung CLX-3185

Hi
My Samsung CLX-3185 is givining me Image unit error.I bought a new drum but still giving me the same error.How do i reset the new drum?Please help i need to use the machine urgently

Do it in Tech mode
Menu # 1 9 3 4 Menu
Navigate through the menus to find the Counters menu, fuser is in there from memory (I reset imaging unit only recently on CLX3185FN but saw fuser in the menu as another option)
Or you can wipe EVERYTHING with "clear all mem" option
Password 1934 worked fine for me
