My customer has already replaced the fuser unit but still gives error 02-000. I used my ohm meter to check continuity of the heating element, thermo fuses and thermisters all checks out OK so i am guessing that ther is a board problem. Has anyone had the problem before on this machine? if so what did you do to fix it?
