    Epson Stylus Pro 4800

We have a stylus pro 4800 that is printing magenta areas where it should be yellow. We've tried all of the power cleanings we can find, no luck. Also it is now giving me a message that the maintenance cartridge is full and light magenta is empty, think that could be doing it?

Update: we replaced the maintenance cartridge and light magenta ink... now it has an error code of 0001001D which I believe in related to carriage movement?

You haven't removed the inkjet head assembly have you? If so, make sure you didn't cross ink lines if you removed the dampner during this process. This is somewhat common with head and dampner replacement. I alway tag the lines with tape before I disassemble the assembly. Same applies to the 7600, actually the whole 7000 series.

      Good luck,
      John
