Is their a common fix for this error ("Fatal Error") or does this machine fail at the circuit board level often ? Thanks for your feedback in advance

I remember that I had to have the customer buy a new one... Seemed that it was a circuit board problem but it was a long time ago. I do remember I couldn't fix it though...

Unfortunately the person who was getting us manuals and wrote that message, past away a few years ago... You may try scribd..
