Riso 5500 jamming error code X04-217 H2

My roommates family prints books as a family business on a riso 5500. They are telling me its jamming with an error code of X04-217 H2. They have bought the manual and are putting it on a usb stick for me. I normally work on HPs or Lexmarks, so this thing is a big mystery to me. Any help with this before I go over to look would be appreciated.

Can nobody help? Also, this only occurs during duplex printing, not during simplex. Im doing this a free favor to a friend, but I really dont know anything about servicing these things. And the manual just says "X codes indicates a jam"
