[Misc] SP C430 "Special service Mode"

I have an SPC430 that has a dodgy network connector/board.
I have a spare (Used) board and want to swop it out BUT......I can't remember how to access the "special service mode" that will allow me to change the serial number on the board I'm fitting...I've done it before but have lost my notes on how to do it and Ricoh are not being very helpful!!
Any help would be appreciated

enter service mode, then hold the number key down and press system sp. you are in special mode!! hope that helps

tnelson...when you say number key do you mean hash....if so, the spc430 does not have a hash key
