    MP C3003 Card Reader

Hey yall hopefully this will be fast and easy...had a 3003 come in with a card reader attached to the front. I have had several of these before but for whatever reason i can't get this one off.
Here is what i have done so far, hopefully you can see my error and let me know what else needs to be done

    SP 5-832-HDD (ALL)
    SP 5-846-046
    SP 5-801-10 AND 11

    FIRMWARE UPDATE

In WIM i uninstalled all the java, directprint, etc...stuff that was under extended features in the configuration page (6 total). However under the same extended feature settings group below uninstall there is another option that says uninstall extended features programs or something like that...that has 45 things and it will only let me fill the bubble next to 2 of them to delete them.

Check the service manual, you just need to change an SP setting, from memory try Set SP5113-02

If you are talking about the USB and SD card slots on the end of the control, they are part of the panel and cannot be physically removed. If all you want to do is disable their use, Scanner SP 1013-001 Multimedia Function Setting.

From the administrator tools, enhanced external charge unit management, simply remove the selected applications. Or set SP 5113-002 to 0.
        Aye! Cut the crap
