Service codes SC 542 and SC552 on Rico MP C2050

My printer shows the code SC 542, I changed all sensors in the fuser unit, same problem. I tested the heating Lamps both were working. Continue to show SC542, I reset te code many times keep on coming.
I purchased a new fuser unit The service code changed to SC552.
I Put a new power supply, Back to SC 542.

I do not know where to go from this point?
    Please help.

This error is a fusing thermistor error, it can mean:
The fusing lamp is not connected. Reconnecting it may solve the problem.
Thermistor is bent or gone bad. You may need to replace it.
Or, the thermistor position is incorrect. To try and reset the code press:
Clear Mode, 107, Clear/Stop and hold for 5 seconds.

you said you checked lamps and (sensors?) did you bother to replace thermistors and thermostats? you did replace bushings n bearings too right?

the 552 on new fuser... did you make sure: you got the right voltage and model? ( some can fit from another model but code out )

First I changed evry thing two thermisters, and three sensors same rpoblem.
Second I purchased new fuser unit, and installed, service code chnged to SC552.
Third I chnged the power supply, service coode back to SC542.
There is nothing left to be chnged in fuser unit, evry thing is new.

        Where to check now?

You didn"t answer on my question. Did you check a thermopile? Thermopile is located on machine and is not in the fuser unit. Look on picture I attached.

You sound like an end user to. If that is the case, you have 2 choices:
            1. Call a Ricoh branch or dealer.
            2. Replace the dinosaur.

Considering the facts that Ricoh discontinued Assured Parts Availability one year ago and Field Support six years ago, I would recommend choice 2.

Based on what I did, looks like thermopile is the problem.
              How to access Thermopile?

Looks like it is the thermopile,
Please let me know how can I test it?
                or just replace it?
What is the part number to order?
                Thanks for help.

                      1) LEARN how the processes work!
                      2) PAY for a SM & PM
                      3) RTFM's
                      4) Learn the process for each section of the unit
                      5) Find a reliable source for parts

You end users think it is soooo fucking easy to do our job... that's why some techs crash n burn in the first few years... they ALWAYS try to find the ......." easy way out"
                      Ain't no such fucking bird!

Take slimsob's advice. A refurbished fuser is worth more than the machine @ about $360.
Almost think a toner is worth more than the machine!
                        Whatever

I removed the Thermopylae and cleaned the lens, still the same problem. Thermopylae has a mrking B4214050 I assumed this is the part number, but it is not listed part number. Any body can help me what is the part number for the thermopile? so that I can purchse it.

                          Thanks,

That is most likely because Ricoh has discontinue the part. Like I said before, replace the damned machine. It will cost you a lot less in the long run.
