    Sc621_00 + jam j001

    Hi everyone,
    I have a problem with Ricoh pro 8100s jam code J001 and some time SC 621 00, there was a problem in AC drive I replace it

    I check all the sensor, ac drive all it work
    Also it give toner cartridge door open itest the door switch it didn't work
    Would you help me, thanks in advance

      are you now stuck on the toner door open? are you a technician? does the jam occur from all paper trays?

          Also, are you trained other than key operator training? Do you have a service manual in your possession?

          If you were trained and had a service manual you would know what SC621 and J001 were.

          You should not be working on Production level equipment without having been trained.
