    List of (all) spare parts

    Hi all,

    In my country (Netherlands) Ricoh can't provide us with a full list of (all) EDP codes for spare parts. That's the reason why Im posting my question here.

    Does any of you (service engineers) have a list of (all) the spare parts codes (EDP-codes from Ricoh)?

    Im in need of this list because our organisation is going to use a new CRM system.

      Edp codes are for machines, option's & Toners etc. Not spare parts

              Each model series has a parts catalog. Put together your own consolidated list.
