[Misc] Ricoh 2555 PCL printer partial page printing (JPG)

Unfortunately my network printer print this type of partial section in my RICOH 2555. Interesting is, it's only happened for JPG not other format. I guess it's reason for any virus or maleware. Can anyone give me any suggestion?

If it only happens when printing certain types of files and not when copying or printing other types of files, you are a victim of a recent Microsoft update. See this thread windows latest update leading to errors (most white bands)

I had something like this happen to one of my customers. Turn out to be the transfer roller. The foam roller was cracked. Once i replaced it, it printed perfect.
