fax confirmation page too small of text MP 5055

I just installed 2 copiers today mp5055 and a SP 3710SF. The customer is complaining that the fax confirmations are too small and are barely legible which is an issue because they have to scan them to other locations. I've searched all through the service manuals and settings on the mfp's themselves and am stuck. is this something that a bit switch would control or just in user tools?

    thanks for any help

Are you referring to the thumbnail of the first page of the sent document? As a thumbnail, of course it is going to be small, that is what thumbnails are. If they are nt clear after you scan try increasing the scan resolution to at least 600X600. You should also be able to have the confirmation sent to a folder in stead of printing. Why waste paper when it is not necessary?

I wished that you worked on Kyocera so I could benefit from your knowledge. I still read 'em but don't know what the hell you're talking about most of the time.
