    SG 7100DN

    Don't know this model but one of my customers asked me to look at it. You know the same old story you are just walking out the door after servicing the copier and a cute secretary asks if you could look at a printer!

    Anyway, I downloaded the service manual to refer to and when looking at machine all I could see was the transport belt was torn. Anyone know where I can buy a new belt and and other suggestions appreciated.

    Also can I please get the complete parts catalog and/or the part # for the transport belt?

      If you are talking about the flat conveyance belt try J034-2750. Better yet run as fast as you can away from it. I don't know what Ricoh's price is but Precision Roller wants $304.95 US. Ricoh SG7100DN Flat Conveyer Belt Guide, Genuine (K5872)
