    Ricoh mpc 4502A Background Line in back side

    I have a machine Ricoh mpc 4502. When I make copy it will sow some line in backside on paper . I change transfer roller and ITB and fuser but no luck .

    IF they aren't running duplex jobs check paper path and fuser.

      No duplex job only single side copy or print

        That mark appears to be right where one of the thermistors contacts the pressure.

            for that matter he didn't mention if ANY of the parts were new or used.

              Agree yes he didn't. I would presume he put used parts so there's a margin of second fuser having same problem...

                  i pull fuser from another machine but other machine working fine with this fuser
