    Ricoh MPC2003 shows error SC554-02, how to fix the error

    The machine showed an error last week and was cleaned. It is still showing after printing few pages. Can someone help on how to fix the error

          If you do not have a service manual there is a forum for requesting one. Post a request and someone should be willing to email you one for free.

              the fuser unit has reached the end of its life and should be replaced. Do you have an idea about the PM counter of the MFP ??
