Try reading the Fiery documentation. The only mention of banner printing in the Product Support Guide, Service Manual and Operation Manual is in the Operation Manual having to do with Netware Print Server settings.

I own a Ricoh Mp C6502 with Fiery E22-B. I need to print banner size (13" x 22").

There is a specific setup / procedure I should follow?
