I replaced the waste toner outlet today and when I test printed the image comes out solid black as though the full dot pattern was on. I have verified that the test pattern is off on the machine and the scanner. Replaced the drum and charge grid already and wiped off the potential sensor. Also reset all the connections on the main board and restarted fiery as well.

Sounds like there is no charge being applied to the drum. Did you replace just the charge grid or did you rebuild the entire charge corona? Also check the corona contact springs, the connector they make contact with and the HVPS. Anything that could affect corona charge current.
