Ricoh C410DN SC 818

I have a C410DN that gives random SC818,
Updated the firmware and it was good for a week.
Now it is back. Please help

Just wondering how you went about solving this issue?

I've got an AP410 originally giving me a SC818 however now also giving a SC819. I've tried another controller board but without luck. the printer does not have extra RAM.

I havent tried firmware because the attempts fails -i'm not sure if this is due to a bad SD card or because of the SC error

any suggestions would be great.thanks.

Customer had power surges from the electric company that caused
many other items to fail in their building so they replaced the printer. They are going to use it for parts.

just an update.. i dont know why it ended up going this far..

the problem was due to a bad DIMM...
