    pro c5300s scratches on back pages

    hello everyone,

    i have an isssue with a scratches appear on the back of pages,and when i do duplex it appears clearly specially on solid,it's kinda horizintal lines .
    any suggestion??

      Is it only when you output to the finisher proof tray?

          i don't even have a finisher,it goes on one side and it's clearly appear on 2side
