Before replacing the pcb try doing a memory wipe (first you need the birth certificate) and the FW update.

Black toner motor is not turning when i execute forced toner supply. But the motor itself it is fine because i swapped it around with one driving cyan toner bottle. When i trace wiring back it is all controlled by PWB-D1495140 board. Not sure if the board is failing or i m missing something somewhere.

The new part number for the modified hopper is D0BQ3242

Thanks. They do send out the modified one even if you order the old type.

I have seen the auger in the hopper break causing issues like this.

Replace the K hopper part number: D0BQ3240

The new part number for the modified hopper is D0BQ3242

I have Ricoh MP C2011 which does not load black toner. Even if i run forced toner supply still it does not load and toner bottle is not turning. I checked voltage into the hopper none is coming through. With magenta, cyan and yellow i do get voltage as toner bottles turn when i activate forced toner supply. Any suggestions and ideas please.

Again it does not show black toner on the display panel, only magenta, cyan and yellow appear.

More often than not the problem is either the toner bottle tray, the toner bottle drive or the wrong toner bottle.

OEM toners? What does the MFP indicate, loading toner? Add toner? Try cleaning (not direct vacuum) the sensor on the machine.
