    ? on a spc420dn

I have an Ricoh SPC420dn, that takes 2.5min to wake up. All the other machines here wake up in about a min. Any ideas? I have done firmware updates.
    Thanks

Off the top of my head:

    Loose fuser connection?
Overloaded outlet or circuit where the machine doesn't get the full voltage to power the fuser?

Is the machine waking up, but just doing a line position before allowing a job to print? Are you comparing the start time to other models?

How about if you disconnect the HDD?
Have you tried a memory clear? (upload NVRAM 1st)
Don't take that toner with me!
