GX 7000

I have a Gx 7000 thatis putting a cyan line at random spots ..It is thin and length varies and it is not in the same spot.. this is a new machine only about 250 prints on it..
any ideas would be helpful

can you show a sample?

We haven't really made good experience with ricohs gelsprinter machines so we quit selling them years ago^^
