[Error Code] Functional problem

Hi,

I have a RICOH IMAGIO NEO C385. When I turn it on it displays this message:

"Functional Problem within the copier. Turn operation switch off then on"

Can anyone help? Can I also please have the user manual and a source of toner and drum for this machine?

Had to do some serious digging for this model. Since this is a Japan Model. Not sure why you even have it in the U.S.

This model is equivalent to a Ricoh Aficio 2232c or Savin C3224

Functional Errors could be bad Hard Drive, Bad Ram, Corrupt Firmware.
