[Jamming] savin 9050

I have a savin 9050 doc feed df3010 that is haveing a jamming issue that is driving me crazy. We have replaced the board all clutchs bushings bearings gears the whole nine yards and we can not seem to be able to keep it working right for more than a couple weeks before it starts doing it again firmware is up to date and I'm just not sure what else to do any help would be great

Did you look up the jam code it is getting? Under SP mode 7 Original jam History. That would help a lot. Have you tried cleaning the felt padding that is on the metal plate under it also there is a padded pit when you lift the lid and look down. Paper dust and hole punches get in it and it gives jams.

You really need to go the extra mile keeping the sensors and the cutouts they 'look' into clean on the new ricoh df's. Make sure to get the one you have to remove the platen cover velocro'ed to the bottom of the ADF and unscrew the guide under that to get to.
