[CQ] Lanier SP3400n blank prints

I just tried installing a Lanier SP3400n and the printouts are blank. I tried the cartridge in another printer in the office and works fine. I can't seem to find any manuals an the Ricoh site for assistance. If anyone could point me to the manufacture of this fine small b/w printer or any info that might make it cooperate with me and my printing adventures.

Fixed it. We took it a part to swap boards with another new printer and noticed that there was a screw missing that holds the mirror in place on the laser unit on the front. Either that or a loose conection cause we put it back together and it work.
