ricoh 3045 fax code 0621

this is an intermintent code and im trying to figure out what it means, the machine sometimes errors out on the rx, but not allways, this code was in the sc log, the machine does not show the code at the time of failure, it just doesnt rrx the fax then moves on to the next one? any ideas?

V.21 flag detected during high speed modem communication. It means there is a problem with the machine on the other end, possibly incompatible. Ask the customer if it only happens with a certain number.
