Go to Fax Settings - Key Operator Tools - User Parameter.

Set switch 3, bit 0 to 1 to enable transmission receipt.

You don't have to go in SP-mode. You can find these settings in User Tools.

User Tools by pressing a dialog "Fax Setup" which unfortunately does not contain the program's print fax report

There's a button with '123' on it. When you press that button and press Fax Setting on the touch panel, you can change all fax settings. You can always download the fax user manual at www.ricoh-support.com.
