I have a CL3000e that I aquired. Everything seems perfect about the printer except for black print (see attached config print). I can print solid color sheets (C,M,Y or mixes) and the pages have a completely even density w/o any bare spots. However, when I print black (K alone), I get vertical white faded lines of varying widths across the page running from top to bottom (lead to trail). I've check toner and black has plenty along with seems to be flowing well. I also just purchased a new black PCU thinking this had to be the source of the problem given that only black is impacted. Unfortunately, I put the new black PCU in and the fade outs occur in the same exact locations.
I've run auto color calibrations, thouroughly cleaned the printer, and still I cannot figure out what is causing my issue. I've tinkered around in the service mode menu, but have not found anything yet that addresses my problem. Any ideas of what could be going on?RicohCL3000e.pdf
