Hi, we are using our 430 to preprint forms that are used in others laser printer and some time there's ghosting, lets say there's a red line, then the line will get ghosted farther down, I know this is caused by the fuser melting the pre-printed toner and the toner stick to the fuser roller, causing the ghost line.
The thing is I never had this issue with neither my CL7200, CL7300 or Canon C3220.
I tried to print the C430 with different setting to make the fuser hotter or cooler (thin paper, thick paper) and it had little to no effect.
I'm using genuine toner, I replaced the toner ... nothing changed.
From my understanding, it's related to the toner mixture, there's too much wax in the C430 toner? So there's nothing I can do about that?? Maybe try non-genuine toner??
