hi i have troubleshooting sc 195 in aficio mpc3500 and am going to enter serial nomber by 143 but no responce is ther any thing i have to do

1:yes, you gotta go Newbie check in and say hello first!

2:Need to get hand on Service Manual,

3:and if an end user Call a tech,

Did you replace any PCB's? If you replace a board, for instance the BICU-Board, you'll have to take the NVRAM out of the defective board and put it on to the new one.

Yes, this kind of replies are very helpfull... BTW, you also didn't say hello on your first post...

He mentions problems about the serial number so I guess he has the service manual, because SC195 means that there is a problem with the serial number.
