m/c displays above message so print off an smc report. 1st try says its corrupted second attempt no problem.

smc reads black 0 counts?
m,c,y =26k

pm should be 50k for allpcu's and nothing has been fitted so whats going on with the machine. I can only think of doing the firmware again because it doesnt make sense. only error code reported was sp 443 which doesnt appear in my SM? nearest is poloygone motor error at 442.

If the copies are Ok just reset the PM counter for the col PCU if the counter is set to pages and not developments it will be like 26k pages that is 78k developments which if i recall is what the pm counter works on.

finally got to speak to level 2 tech whos agreed I should do the firmware again. Dont know why blacks on 0 prints though? need to get it resolved, as far as i know pm items only reset when new item fitted. Did another printer a few weeks ago and that was fine 51k on the colours bang on time for replacement so a little confusing as all printers that go out are set the same.

update - failed firmware. fitted a new black pcu and the counter came back in? fitted the colour pcu's and its working fine. so no I still havent a clue on what caused it to go nuts.
