    [Error Code] Ricoh SP3410SF firmware update problem

    Ricoh SP3410SF firmware uptade problem

    We have recently updated to version v2.05 from v1.58. Watching the device display "initializing" writes. The device does not make any process. USB port and an Ethernet port can not access the printer. We can not get the service menu. clear 1-0-7 start not working.

    We want technical support. Please could you help.

    The older engine PCB has v1.xx firmware installed.
    (Not compatible with v2.xx engine firmware).

    The newer engine PCB has v2.xx firmware installed.
    (Not compatible with v1.xx engine firmware).

    You would have to replace the engine PCB if you flashed the wrong engine version by mistake as the machine will not initialize / startup.

      Where I can buy Pcb card ?
