    [Misc] set scan folder on win 7

    hi there... need your help. actually i have install scan folder on ricoh mpc3500. for windows xp its works. but i have problem with windows 7. cannot use. the specific path cannot be found. after that cannot browse the network workgroup. need to reboot the machine after that can search workgroup again. can someone help me how to setup scan folder on win 7?

      first make sure the firmware is up to date. Second search the forums as threre are many posts for scanning to folder and win 7.

          Agreed, I would just add, that scan to FTP is also an easy, non-firmware dependent solution (and seemingly a recurring theme of mine in this `fax`forum) if you have trouble locating the firmware
