    Alpha User codes

    This Atty. tracks over 200 clients w/ user codes. In order to print & post an alphabetic directory do we have to go in and change the title on every user. Is there a way to change the print out from numerical sequence to alphabetical. Curently the user code print mout is numeric & it is cumbersom to find a clients code.

          Sorry, but no.

          The only thing that may help is exporting the list, either via the WIM or Smart Device Monitor for Admin (SDMA), editing the file with Excel, then reimporting the list back in.

          I've been down that road many times, and there is no other free way to do this. (Lotsa ways that cost money, though.)

              Thanks Ken, When I figure out how to get to the user code total counts via WIM I'll attempt to export them.
