Have a machine that will not quit adding cyan toner. Have changed developer unit, drum unit and it is sending toner up to pump. Am very aggrivated and need some opinions. Anyone have this problem? Help please.

any error codes? could be the id sensor not reading the correct patch density. or maybe a t belt / cleaning issue. -
Doesn't happen through the whole color copy. Only on full color, on about the first 3 inches. Don't keep much Ricoh stuff in stock anymore so am using one of old machines to toubleshoot. Only trouble is already has parts off of it. Work on Kyoceras most of the time now. I appreciate any ideas you can thow my way. Have a good one!GingerComment
