    Ricoh sr5000 brackets mpc6501

I have a ricoh mpc6501 and sr5000 connected directly but the mounting bracket on the main copier will not fit, it seems the bar on the finisher is too big. Please advised. Thank you

Most likely the wrong brackets, there are differences between them, height being the biggest.

Thank you. We order two brackets twice and they were the same ones. It seems the bar on the sr 5000 is wider. Does any one have the part #?

Is the right side of the finisher parallel to the left side of the machine? That not being the case is usually why a finisher that is otherwise able to be connected to a machine can't be. The bar on the finisher and the brackets that attach to the machine are pretty standard stuff. Uneven floors and carpeting can cause that problem.

I don't have a 5000 PC, but this is an excerpt from a SR4040 PC that mates to a MPC7501. Not sure if these are the right brackets, but it does show you where they are located at in the manual.
