    Ricoh Fax 1140 - Received in memory only

    Good day to everyone, Please I need your help. I have Ricoh Fax 1140 and there is a problem in receiving. It is receiving but directly goes to memory only, meaning, it does not giving a received copy.I don't know the reason. Toner and paper is available Please tell me the possible reason.

      Switch memory reception off. It's in the user menu, allthough I don't know exactly where.
