Trying to program fax header and own name on ricoh aficio mp 161. How do you enter the text. Looking through the manuals and cannot find. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The way how to enter text is all in the manuals. Maybe you should look harder. Manuals are at :

Log into WIM and change it there.

...you can't find the lettered keys on the fax option add-on to the op panel?
