[Jamming] Ricoh SP1100SF

Original placed on the exposure glass,ADF pickup(roller) motor turns on after the "start button" is pressed,even when ADF unit is lifted(open),the ADF pickup(roller) motor turns on and i cannot use the exposure glass to make copies.
Please advice
