Hi all, how can i reset a MPC2030 back to factory settings? I need a starting point to work from?

where can I get the latest firmware from? (please dont say Ricoh as if i has access to that I wouldnt be on here)

You can reset some setting to default and format the hdd this will
clear all user data using copy sp mode
if you are wanting to reset the meter count i cant help

For the touch screen models you can go to User Tools, hold # and press on each option (System Settings, Scanner Features, Printer Features, etc) to reset to factory defaults. For everything else, you will need to go through manually and make a list for the future.
