    Hi There,

    I'm attempting to troubleshoot a problem with the scanner . The system log is showing:

    SMTPC: received error code. [452] (202) ERR:
    SMTPC: connection closed. (801) ERR:

    Any ideas? I've verified the mail server IP address and there is no apparent SMTP conflict. We've been getting by the past few days with rebooting the printer but now it refuses to email scans.

    Make sure that authentication isn't needed, and if it is, has the password expired or been changed.
    the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

      DNS

      Check to make sure the DNS of your ISP hasn't changed or that you even have one programmed. Its not unusual for an ISP to change their DNS server address without letting you know. If you're router or a server is supplying the DNS make sure you've programmed that into the machine.
