I have a MP C5501 that came in with everything reset in the SP Mode. So using the birth certificate i have manually re-entered every number back in. However, still after all that was done, the color registration will not be completed and as a result when i print out the auto color calibration, the black and cyan bars are out of line. I have already replaced the transfer belt as well as all 4 PCU's with ones from a machine that is working perfectly, so I know that it is not those. So is there any manual adjustments that you can make to bring the colors into registration? Or anything period to get the colors aligned?
