[Dead] machine does not react

hi guys

I am new to the forum and I have a peculiar problem with Ricoh MPC 6502, I hope you can help me ..which happens is that sometimes when the machine is in mode energy saver no longer reacts or does not wake up, loses connectivity network too, if the panel buttons light up and sound but the display does not light anything and the machine does not wake up and I have to do is turn it off and back on. I was advised to format the hard disks but it was nada.les commented that she never called me any error code. not if I explain well?

First thing to do is check the firmware and make sure it's up to date, then check all of the connections between the controller and the drive, and try re-seating the memory DIMMs.
