Long story short, a BizHub C352 was damaged during a move.
It worked just fine as long as 2 people were pushing and holding it together, but that's not very end user friendly...
Counter is at 45236 and holding
We stripped everything that wasn't chassis, and boxed it all up in static bags.
I was able to get a copy of the parts diagram and can match them to the actual part number.
Here's my problem.
If I google a 9J06 M705 00 which should be the HDD for this machine, nothing turns up but references to parts manuals.
Only a few numbers return an actual part.
Is there a rosetta stone I'm missing somewhere? How do you guys search out these parts??
Let me know what you think,
