Konica Minolta C5500pro, bizhub 600

I have owned these machines for just under two years, I live in a smaller town and the service out here is deplorable, (not the techs the companies) I am very good with repairs, but I would prefer not to do it blindly.

SO if someone can direct me to or provide me with both repair and parts manuals, (cd's, mnuals or downloads) I would appreciate it.
