I am fairly certain the fax modem is on the main board for the MB350, if that is the case I have 2-3 working boards. -

Not the news I wanted to hear as they probably raised the price a good bit. Before I commit o buying a replacement board do you think my problem is the board? The machine is getting communication errors when receiving with the following codes: 68, 65, 48, 46, 58, 43 and 72 - in no particular order. It also gets error not your unit when sending with these codes, in no particular order: 54, 70, 59. I have asked the customer to have AT&T check their phone lines for crosstalk or other problems but they said it could take 4 - 6 weeks to get them to look at it.Comment

99 % of the fax problems we are having lately are with the VOIP lines. (Voice over internet protocol).Comment
