E025 misc errors on toner door sensor. Canon KB says we need to cut wire ties! C5000
Part number is not in the PC. The wire ties are very tight on this sensor wire and the Canon KB says we should cut wire ties for misc e025 errors. Anyone have the part number? Its the wire that connects to item 27 connector. I would rather buy a new wire and operate on it before ripping the customers apart.
