Savin 2400WD Windows 10 Driver

We have an older Savin 2400WD that needs repair and we are trying to find out if there is an updated driver to allow it to work with Windows 10 to see if it is work getting repaired. Unfortunantly our dealer went out of business and I cannot find much online. Any help would be appreciated.

if scan on a Enet network.. you might have an SMB issue (also covered ad nauseam here) which is firmware replated.

Printing what driver are you using now? (please NO WSD)

Go to Ricoh-Usa and search for the MP W2400 driver. It's on there , I just checked.

Windows 8 will work as well

I always install printers in Windows 10 with driver for windows 7 64 bits and never had a problem.

The Savin 2400 only worked with a external Ratio controller. It is based on the old Windows XP or 2000 OS. I take it that you know this and you are looking for the upgrade controller unit. PM me and I will provide you with Ratio USA contact. His name is Rick Hipsky and he is out of Miami FLA. They have both WIN7 and 10 upgrades for the controller. The last time I upgraded one it cost me about $1800USD. You will need the license number on the old card.

The newest driver version, 6.0.0, for that model was released 09/02/2015.
