    firmware is issued to TRAINED TECHS..

    It is intellectual property of RICOH.

    please review the forum rule #5

    a tech can lose his tech id and his shop can be removed from the dealer list.

    you are a new tech here, you need to follow forum rules.

    are you a trained ricoh tech? if yes you should have access IF not TFS
